LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA Adorned with Neoclassical art, the living room is the quintessence of traditional Parisian styling with its whitewashed walls, parquet floors and graceful furniture. Smart wood chairs and a voluminous bookshelf bring an air of formality to the adjoining dining area, awash with natural light from French doors that look out across the quiet street below. KITCHEN Delicately lit with soft accent lighting and decorated in gentle neutral hues, the contemporary kitchen is equipped with all key amenities and offers a homely breakfast bar. Keen gastronomes may wish to get a flavour for the local foodie scene at nearby Rue de Lévis, where a bustling street market has been tempting locals with its wares since the 1800s. BEDROOMS Retaining its period charm with its corniced ceilings, original wood panels and decorative fireplace, the principal bedroom offers a large double bed and TV. Equipped with a double sofa bed, gym enthusiasts may find the presence of an exercise bike to their liking in the spacious second bedroom. A rich splash of rouge brings a frisson of romance to the third bedroom, home to a single bed and small desk. Soothing in its shades of mint, the fourth bedroom presents a single bed and cot, further offering an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and wash basin. A cat is one of the family members who usually lives here. Although every property is cleaned to a Veeve standard, please note this property may not be the best fit for those with allergies. The apartment is located on the first floor and can be accessed by a lift. Parking is available on request. Please also be aware this property has no outdoor space.
