The space The unit is located on the top floor of a two storey building. The master bedroom has great views of the mountain and pool area as well as it includes an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom room shares a wall with the kitchen and has a stunning exposed high wood ceiling whereas its bathroom equipped with a bath tub shower combo is accessible in the hallway. The third bedroom and adjoining bathroom is located in the loft above it all and is accessible using a very stylish yet chic spiral staircase. The kitchen area has a very open concept equipped with all your necessary appliances and kitchenware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a petite dining nook with views into the living room area. From the living room, there are views of a spacious patio with gorgeous views of the mountain and peaceful community. Guest access The place is yours! Guests have access to the pool which closes at 8pm. Other things to note The community is extremely quiet and the residents are very strict about the noise level. Please be considerate of your neighbors and the noise level at all times. Unfortunately, they will not hesitate to call and complain on every occurrence. Please help keep this listing in good standing with the HOA by keeping the noise level minimal.
