Main Floor: - **Bedroom 3**: Queen bed and TV. Downstairs: - Bedroom 4: Queen bed with a full bathroom (shower and bathtub) down the hall. Ample space for gatherings is available with three separate group areas, alongside cozy spots for quiet moments. The lower level includes a private office/workout room, ideal for productivity or streaming a yoga class. Outdoor and Pool Information: - Pool Maintenance: The pool is maintained weekly for your enjoyment. Simple chemical adjustments may be required during your stay. - Access: Enjoy exclusive access to the entire house, except for a few locked storage areas. The garage is not available for guest use. - Safety: Exterior video surveillance for security; non-video, non-recording devices monitor noise, occupancy, and smoke inside, ensuring your privacy. Please avoid parking on the lawn, woods, or garden areas. - Wildlife Awareness: Our forest setting means occasional encounters with small wildlife. We treat the home for pests and use mosquito control, but the presence of nature is inevitable. House Rules: - Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Park on the designated pad or street. - Always use life jackets with SUPs. - Clean the BBQ grill after use. - Follow all pool rules. - No smoking, parties, pets, fireworks, or firearms on the property. - Do not exceed maximum occupancy or move furniture. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, except a few locked storage closets. Guests do not have access to the garage. Other things to note There is video surveillance outside the house. If you or anyone else in your group is uncomfortable with exterior video surveillance, we kindly ask you to book elsewhere. Inside, we monitor for noise, occupancy and smoke with non-video, non-recording equipment to protect our property and guest privacy. Children are welcome, however the home is not child-proofed. Responsible adults must actively monitor children at all times. There is parking for 4-5 cars on the parking pad in front of the house. Please do not park on the lawn, in the woods or on garden areas. Please be aware that the forest is home to many creatures great and small. Some of the tiny ones may get into the house from time to time. Though we treat the house for pests including spiders, insects and mice, and employ a spray service to control mosquitos during the summer months, this is a reality of nature. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife. No firearms permitted on the property. • Park on the lawn, in the woods or garden areas. Guests must obey posted pool rules at all times. Swim at your own risk. Please do not enter the fenced area around the pool and deck when the winter pool cover is in place. Owners will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur on the premises or through use of the property amenities.
