Cozy lodging with mountain and river valley views in beautiful Western Maine. Our property is fully equipped and sleeps 4 people. It is located within 10 minutes of the Sunday River Ski Resort and the beautiful mountain town of Bethel. The space Our rental property is a park model vacation home which has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a sleeping loft with two twin mattresses. The bathroom has a tub and shower. There is also a futon in the living room. Linens are provided. The living room offers a view through the sliding glass doors leading to the deck of the mountain foothills and Androscoggin River valley. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils and place settings for at least six. The campground in which the home is located provides 55 acres of both landscaped and wooded areas. There is a coin operated laundry on site as well as extra bathrooms and showers. We also have a year-round variety store that sells many household and personal items as well as food and groceries. We have a large selection of beer and wine and a comfortable dining area where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a patio with a gas fire pit for outdoor dining. In the summer months, we have a pool that overlooks the Western Mountain foothills. There are two covered pavilions for gatherings of large groups and a recreation hall.
