The space Located on a hill in the middle of the dry forest, the property gives a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains On the large terrace with a large dining table, hammock and outdoor sofa bed, you can enjoy the view. The house has ground floor living room, open kitchen, bathroom and outdoor shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. From there you come to the attic with a ladder where the third bed is located, not child-proof!!! If the house is used with more than 4 people, the apartment will be rented downstairs. The apartment has it's own entrance, bathroom and small kitchen. Guest access The Bamboo House is tucked away in the guarded urbanizacion "Los Aposentos". We will gladly provide detailed directions. If you come by taxi, please call the driver "Los Aposentos". From the main road towards Jama, turn left into a small path and then have to cross a river, which is very flat and passable from May to January. Between February and April, there may be occasional heavy rainfall and the river will not be passable for a few hours. The paths are passable by any car, but very uneven. The house is on a mountain and offers free, covered parking. From there, you still have to climb about 70 steps, but they are rewarded with a great view. Other things to note The house is located in the middle of beautiful nature. Our houses are almost completely sealed and equipped with mosquito nets, so there should be hardly any problems with an unexpected visit. Nevertheless, of course, one or the other small visitor always comes by, and should not be afraid. The paths to our houses are not asphalted, but still easily passable. From May to January, paths from any kind of car are easily accessible and the river is low. From February to Apri, it is very important to the rainy season, how strong the rains are. In 2021 and 2022 it rained little and even then the paths could be used well. In 2023 it rained very much and the river was not passable on some days between February and April or only with 4x4 drive. Since there will probably be the phenomenon of the Ninos this year, we will be in close coordination with the guests. If a guest can't arrive because of the river, we will of course refund everything.
