Other things to note Our home is located within 5 minute walk to the bike path that will take you from Hailey to ketchum. There are handful of hiking trails within out our doorstep. And you are a 5 minute drive/15minute walk into downtown Hailey. 20 minute drive to Sun Valley Ski Resort. This is technically a townhouse with one shared wall. When you drive up our house, we are the unit on the right hand side. We have 2 parking spots in the driveway and guest parking is right across the street in front of the park.
