The Space Step into a cozy living area with rustic yet elegant décor, featuring plenty of seating and a complimentary wood-burning fireplace to warm your evenings. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living area to a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals or quick snacks. Bedrooms and Bathrooms The home boasts two spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom (one with a single shower, the other with a shower/tub combination) and large windows that invite natural light and offer stunning wooded views. Three well-appointed bathrooms provide plenty of space and privacy for everyone. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience after a long day of hiking or skiing. Early check in/late check out subject to availability and fee. Either request must be requested 7 days prior to check in via direct message. Other things to note FAQs: What will I have access to? It gets a bit confusing if you're trying to do research yourself but essentially, Wintergreen Resort is within the Wintergreen Community and while they share the same Wintergreen name, they are different entities. You will have access to Wintergreen Community amenities at no cost. Wintergreen Resort Membership is an additional fee that is accessible to members only (no guests). There are two Wintergreen community pools you will have access to from 2pm-6pm starting the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day- Chestnut Spring and Rodes Farms. Chestnut Springs is located on the Wintergreen Mountain itself. The Rodes Farms pool is located in the valley, about 15mins in the heart of Nellysford. Rodes Farms also offers tennis/pickle ball courts. You will NOT have access to Wintergreen resorts pools/tennis courts. The Wintergreen Spa is accessible to both members and non-members with a booked service. Additional information is readily accessible if you search in any search engine, WPOA Wintergreen Property Owners Association". The first link will bring you to the homepage. On the left-hand side (menu bar), there is information regarding the pools. Tennis court information can be found by searching on the home page search bar. AirBnB doesn't allow direct posting of website links prior to confirmed booking. How do I access the pools? Starting in 2024 registered unaccompanied guests (6) only need a photo ID for verification upon entry to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm Pools. We would just need to register you for access, which we will do upon booking at your request. Please note, if you are interested in using the pools please indicate during booking for prompt registration us, the hosts. We cannot guarantee access to the pools without at least 24h notice AND without letting us know prior to check-in. Do you have a welcome binder? There is a well-equipped welcome binder located in the home to help you with additional questions. Where exactly are you located? We are located near the end of Wintergreen Drive and Devils Knob Loop. There is a shuttle service that takes you to the Main Ski Lodge/Check-In steps away from the home. We are located 1.2 miles from the Main Ski Lodge. It is technically walkable, with a designated trail but it IS a steep incline as we’re located near the very top of the mountain. The majority of the homes in the Wintergreen community are not walkable to the Main Ski Lodge. Please note, as this is a newer rental, we are continuously changing decor and little touching to make the space as enjoyable as possible.
