Board games and children's books ensure that the kids are kept busy while the adults have their fun. KITCHEN AND DINING: The updated kitchen is fully equipped with dishware and flatware, pots and pans, and a coffee machine. State-of-the-art appliances make meal prep a breeze. The beautiful dining room is large and airy and can comfortably seat 16 people and is equipped with 2 high chairs. BEDROOMS: Primary suite: Located on the main level, the primary suite includes a large master bedroom with a seating area with a bay window that overlooks the side yard, and a brand-new bathroom. Bedroom 2: On the upper level, this bedroom comes with two twin beds and a seating area, as well as a closet that has hangers and a luggage rack. Bedroom 3: On the upper level, this bedroom has two twin beds and a closet with hangers and a luggage rack. Bedroom 4: This adorable bedroom has a bunk bed and a closet with hangers and a luggage rack. Bedroom 5: This whimsical kids bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a closet, as well as lots of space for the trundle bed if extra beds are needed. Cribs available upon request. BATHS: Bathroom 1: Across the front door and right near the coat closet, this beautiful half-bath has easy access. Bathroom 2: This half-bath and laundry room has a door that lead directly to the pool area. Bathroom 3: In the master suite, this updated bathroom has a tub/shower combination and double vanity. Bathroom 4: On the upper level, this updated bathroom has a tub/shower combination and single vanity. OUTDOORS: Enjoy the serene manicured grounds, including a beautiful well-kept front yard and large private backyard which boasts a playground that kids will love and patio with furniture that seats 6 and a BBQ grill, available seasonally. The sparkling heated in-ground pool is fully gated for your privacy and has daybeds as well as a pool house. The pool is available from around May 15 to around September 1.
