The space The apartment is located in a picturesque place on the Black Sea, on the one side of the house flows into the sea river, on the other hand within a 10-minute walk is the Batumi Botanical Garden, which is 110 years old this year. Guest access The studio has: - a combined bathroom with a rain shower, there is also a washing machine, there is a hairdryer; - in the hallway there is a large full length mirror, a spacious open wardrobe for things; - the kitchen is small, but accommodating everything you need - compact fridge, microwave, kettle and small induction tiles, all utensils for cooking; - the bed is in a niche separated by light linen curtains, which is very cozy; - in the living room there is a folding sofa with a foot ottoman (which can also be used as a bedside table), there is a silent air conditioner, and most importantly - a dining group opposite a panoramic window overlooking the sea; - a small balcony with amazing views of the greenery of the Botanical Garden and Batumi itself.
