A spacious and very comfortable apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of the Bay of Kotor, in one of the best locations, in the immediate vicinity of the Church of the Virgin Mary on Prčanj. The town of Prčanj in the Bay of Kotor is not only a place for a real vacation on the Adriatic. In this location, the winds from the sea and the land cross and we have the Wind Rose, which heals diseased lungs, a tired heart, thin nerves, and rejuvenates the skin. The space This beautiful and very large apartment is an entire floor in the house. Guests love it because it is spacious and everyone can find their peace in it, either in one of the rooms or in the spacious living room or on the large terrace. The 50m2 terrace is yours alone and is the best place to enjoy the evening with a good glass of wine. The view from the terrace is incredible because you can see half of the bay and in the evening it is a real pleasure to sit on it because of the fresh air coming from the hills behind the house. The apartment is 90m2, with two comfortable bedrooms that are separated from the living room, a large living room that is connected to the dining room and kitchen. It is located 50 m above the main highway, enough to not hear the noise of cars. There is a private parking lot next to the apartment and there is always room for our guests. The beach is 50 meters away, less than 1 minute of easy walking. The nearest restaurant is 1 minute from the apartment, the nearest shop is a 3-minute walk away. Kotor is 4 km away and Tivat is 10 km away. You can reach Kotor and Tivat using your own transport, public transport or taxi. The apartment has air conditioning, washing machine, stove, oven and equipped kitchen. Towels are available for your personal hygiene. This is one of the few apartments where you have fresh mountain air in the evening, because it is surrounded by trees and natural surroundings. Guest access You have a whole apartment of 90m2 and a terrace of 50m2. Parking is available 24/7, it is located next to the apartment and is free for our guests.
