Getting Around: You'll need a car to reach our property. We are just a few minutes away from access to Highway 10 with access to Brampton and Toronto via Highway 410. Parking: The property provides ample parking space for guests. You can park your vehicles safely and conveniently right on the premises. Please note a $1500 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your payment method during your stay. Please note we require a supplemental contract be signed at the time of booking/check-in. There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden anywhere on our property and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this. No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may potentially result in an immediate cancellation of your stay. No glass in or around the pool. This is for your own safety as well as the safety of future guests. Please note that we do NOT allow parties or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside). Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise. We don't require you to clean after your stay - but at the same time please do not trash our home - we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning fees if the property is left in a condition beyond what is reasonably expected. We have zero tolerance for violations of house rules.
