Welcome to Riverside Roost! "The Roost" is nestled in a little community on the serene Kentucky River in Woodford County, although still close to Frankfort and Lexington. Yes, you are on the Bourbon Trail! While at The Roost, enjoy cooking on the grill, playing board games with the family, lounging on the deck or spending a day on the river. There are also plenty of distilleries and restaurants nearby. Whatever you do as the sun passes over and the river passes by, make memories together. The space Riverside Roost is a river house on piers that is completely on the second floor. Guest will love the elevated river scenery with a large back porch and a spacious living room. 2.5 bedrooms and 2 baths. We also have a fully fenced in back yard with privacy fence on the sides and a chain link fence on the back that doesn’t block the river views. We hope you enjoy the house as much as we do! Guest access You have access to the whole house and property but the neighbors dock is OFF LIMITS, No exceptions. Other things to note The whole house is on the 2nd floor with 2 sets of stairs. The back yard is fenced in. Please be careful by the river. There are no flotation jackets on site. The neighbors dock is OFF LIMITS. Also cell phone service is spotty at the house so you will need to connect to our WiFi for better phone service.
