Our charming and spacious 2-bedroom apartment with attached oversized garage is conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Downtown Nashua is only 15 minute walk away, and there's a bus stop steps away. The backyard with grape vines and fruit trees is fenced in, which is great for pets. The kitchen is fully equipped. 3 sleeping areas provides plenty of room for everyone. First floor apartment. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The couch in the living room folds down and turns into a (full size) sleeping area for 2 adults comfortably. In the 2nd bedroom is a bunk bed with a Twin size and Full size mattress. There is a full bathroom and we offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels (body and hand), face cloths, and toiletries are all supplied. Living room and kitchen are open concept with a kitchen table (4 chairs) and an island w/ 2 chairs. The kitchen is complete with all cookware, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and full size fridge. Large fully fenced in back yard has a patio set outback with 6 chairs, and we also have a cornhole set up for guests to use. Garage space for 1 vehicle and up to 2 more vehicles on the driveway. Guest access Washer and dryer are in the basement. The guests should only access the basement for laundry. Other facilities and items in the basement are off limits to the guests.. Other things to note Individual making the booking must be 25 or older. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place 10PM - 7AM to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.
