Enjoy a peaceful, serene stay at this centrally located home. Work crews welcome and weekly discounts are available! The space Inside you will find our home very comfortable and well maintained. We have 3 bedrooms which will sleep 6 comfortably and 2 full bathrooms. There are plenty of fresh linens and towels and we also have a washer/dryer, if needed. Bedrooms: Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a 50-inch Roku TV. It also, has a large private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and ample closet space. One of these rooms has a desk and chair set up for those that need a quiet place to work. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped to assist with meal preparation including pots, pans, baking dishes, serving bowls, etc. Living Room: The house has central heat and AC as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Note: Although there is a fireplace it is not useable for guests. The house is equipped with internet. TVs are set up with Roku so Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc., can be accessed with your sign in credentials. We do not have cable so regular TV channels aren't available. We do, however, provide an antenna so some sporting programs can be watched if desired via Roku Live. Outside: We have an elongated driveway so there is plenty of parking space in front of the house (no street parking). Backyard is fully fenced, and we have an outside screened in porch with rocking chairs for relaxation. We also provide a propane grill for your use. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house with ample parking. However, the garage is not available for guest use. The front door is a keyless entry and does have a security camera. Guests will be provided the code via Airbnb prior to check-in as well as the internet guest password and other helpful information. Other things to note We offer our home to those who need a safe, quiet and comfortable place to stay while in the Bastrop area. Our home should not be used as a gathering place or somewhere to go after an event. Therefore, we only allow those on the reservation to be at the house. This "rule" is listed in those that are agreed to during the booking process. If this rule is not followed guests will be asked to leave immediately and there may be extra charges applied to the credit card on file. Thank you for your understanding.
