Other things to note 1. The door code will work when you check in. 2. Absolutely no smoking inside. Only outside in the back of the house. Smoking trash should be disposed of properly in provided receptacle. Breaking this rule will lead to a $500 fine. 3. No parties or loud music outside. Our neighbors prefer peace and quiet. Not following this rule will result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund and eviction. 4. Read the posted rules before using the playground and hot tub. Not following these rules may lead to an extra charge. 5. If you use the BBQ, please clean it afterward. If left dirty, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged. 6. Early check-in and late checkout are available for an extra $50 each. 7. Any damages or stains on sheets/linens will incur an additional charge not covered by the cleaning fee. 8. If there are any issues with the house, don't try to fix them yourself. Contact us, and our team will handle it. 9. We aren't responsible for lost items. We can't ship forgotten items back to you. 10. Please note, for your security and safety, there are security cameras on the property. These cameras are for monitoring the exterior of the premises for security purposes. 11. Guest are NOT permitted to use Lindy's Lake beach. It's against the rules of our homeowner's association.
