Please do not block driveway access to the trash bin. o A gas grill on wheels is available in the basement. Please use it outside only. Other things to note o No smoking is strictly enforced through eviction if evidence of smoking is found in the house. o No parties, events, bands, loud noise or music are allowed and strictly enforced through eviction if violated. Small corporate retreats, conferences, or seminars are allowed. o The 17 occupancy limit per town ordinance is strictly enforced. No more than 17 occupants are permitted in the house at any time. o AC through a mini-split is only available for the third floor. Please keep all windows and the door on top of stairs closed while the AC is in use. o Fireplaces are not functioning due to winterizing (the property is closed in the winter). Please do not use them. o A gas grill on wheels is available in the basement. Please only use it outside.
