We will not allow a cancelation after arrival due to the area looking "unsafe". It is a diverse neighbourhood, not dangerous, not illegal, but do expect different ethnicities living around the house. Check in with a secure smart lock code that is provided to you prior to arrival. Pet fee - $125 is per pet and a second pet is charged extra $125 . You are required to send a photo of your pet as well as vet records
