This hilltop retreat in Argyle has beautiful views of both New York and Vermont “Mountain-scapes” from the wrap around deck. This “Main House” shares 45 wooded acres with the other two rentals on the property. The house itself has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, to accommodate your family and friends. Just outside the back door there is a fenced in area for your kids or dog. The space Country roads will lead you to a long driveway up to this main house. The circular driveway in front of the big blue barn is private parking for this accommodation. The king suite on the lower level offers its own view of the countryside, it also has its own common area, game table and en-suite bathroom. The main floor also has a king bedroom with a full bathroom across the hall. The three bedrooms upstairs share the third bathroom. One bedroom upstairs has a king bed and also a futon to accommodate families. This room also offers vaulted ceilings and amazing views. The other two bedrooms on the upper floor have queen beds. The fenced side yard for your kids and pet offer some peace of mind during your stay. We can accommodate two well-behaved dogs at a fee of $50 per dog. Please let us know at the time of your booking if you will be bringing your furry family members. We ask that guests clean up after their dogs outside, please bring doggy bags. Enjoy the peace and quiet with the view of the mountains on the wrap around deck while cooking dinner on the grill. The big blue barn has a bar, pool table, ping pong table and plenty of space for entertaining. Guest access Guest has private access to house, barn, deck and side yard. The accessible lake is shared with a few neighbors so please be respectful. The 45 Acre property has a couple of other buildings to accommodate guests so please be respectful of them as well.
