The unit is airy and bright offering a private sanctuary for guests to relax on their own balcony - the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the gentle breeze off the water while watching the sunset. The space Palm Point Loft has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. Both Bedrooms also have full ensuite bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The main tv room has a pullout couch ideal for one adult, or two children. Extra fee per night for guests > 4. There is complimentary high speed internet / wifi and cable TV (USA & Canadian Channels) available for guests. Air conditioning available in all main rooms. Towels and other linens are provided, including beach towels. Two adult paddle boards available upon request to use at the property in the canal system. BBQ for guest use located on upper balcony. The kitchen is equipped with full size fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishes so that guests can buy and prepare their own food if they desire. Guests have access to snorkel equipment, beach towels, umbrella and loungers, gazebo and boat dock. We have family amenities available to guests such as Uppa Baby strollers, Pack-n-Play bed, high chair and car seats (see photos for details). At night, main gate to the driveway is closed but not locked. Other things to note Grocery store is 5 min drive. Grace Bay Beach is 5-10 min drive (depending on access point).
