The Harmony House is a beautiful home just outside of downtown Arvada focused on bringing together groups who stay there through a quality space, good conversation, and all Arvada has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is more than enough room for everyone, brand new appliances, and every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable. Fun, privacy, comfort, and space are what you will find here. The space This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably. There are a total of 3 King Beds, and a room with 3 bunk beds (2 bunk beds have 4 Twins, and one bunk bed has 2 Queens). Primary bedroom with a King-size bed Room 2 has Three bunk beds in it. Two of the bunk beds have 4 Twins, and one bunk bed has 2 Queens. The fenced in back yard includes a fire pit, outdoor seating and a hot tub. There is ample parking in the driveway, garage, and on the street for up to 3 vehicles. Guest access You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Other things to note We will send a house guide prior to your arrival that also shares recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Please note: Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 8am. The home is in a residential area and we ask that you please respect our neighbors. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the house. We will charge up to $1000 for indoor smoking. Our guests are welcome to smoke outside.
