The property is located only a short 15-minute drive to downtown, so dive into the heart of Puerto Vallarta and make memories that will last a lifetime! Guest access You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found. Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. Other things to note The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Please note there's ongoing construction happening nearby. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please, plan your arrival within this time frame, as entry to the community cannot be granted after this hour. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Pets are not allowed. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - The bracelets must be returned at your departure.
