Other things to note Our private guesthouse is attached to the main house with a completely separate entrance, parking area, and thermostat to control the central AC. We would just like to emphasize that although there is a fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, and more, the space does not have a kitchen or other facilities for cooking (no hot plates or grill). Washer/dryer are not available in the unit but there is a laundromat 3 minutes away.
