We are located on the second floor, one floor up from the pool/beach area and one floor down from the garage and entry way. Looking at building from the beach we are on the larger side of the building which is on your right. The condo is a spacious 1800 square feet with an additional 250 square foot beachfront deck. The condominium building has just 12 luxury units which makes it very private. From the moment you walk through the front door you will have breathtaking views of the ocean. You will have access to a pristine pool with lounge chairs, side tables, as well as hot tub. If you are a beachcomber, we have a lovely private beach within the gates of the condo, with powdery sand, shade palapas, as well as a table and chairs. Just a few steps beyond the gate is the beautiful public beach. We provide you with 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a couple coolers, a beach bag, beach blanket, boogie boards, and lots of beach towels for your convenience. If you like to BBQ, please enjoy the outdoor kitchen by the pool, complete with a nice bar area, small refrigerator, and a gas grill, or use your own private grill on our patio overlooking the ocean. Cayo Loco has been lovingly furnished with our guests in mind. We have a king bed in the master bedroom, complete with a U.S. pillowtop mattress as well as new bedding. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a U.S. pillowtop mattress and crisp new bedding, we also have a twin bed in this bedroom with new bedding. There is a comfy sofa bed in the family room with a mattress topper that you are welcome to use, or If you prefer we have a queen size air mattress that can be set up in the living room. All the mattresses have a zippered mattress protector as well as a mattress topper on top of it. All the pillows have a pillow protector under the pillowcase. Both bathrooms come fully equipped with fluffy cotton towels as well as soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, first aide kits, cotton balls, q-tips, and hair-dryers for your stay. The kitchen at Cayo Loco is truly a chef's kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including a wine refrigerator, as well as all the necessary dinnerware, silverware, stemware and cookware. The sink in the kitchen island has a reverse osmosis water purification system. No need to buy big jugs of water to wash your veggies or brush your teeth just turn on the sink! Also, a stainless steel 5 gallon water jug dispenser with cold and normal water temperature is provided for you with unlimited extra jugs at no charge. We have a new on-demand hot water heater and a new washer & dryer, we supply laundry soap and bounce sheets for your convenience. Each room has an air conditioner controlled by a remote as well as ceiling fans. We have all the modern conveniences of home including Wi Fi, Fiber Optics 120 mbps, USB ports in every room, a new 65" TV with sound bar, and a firestick. There is also a DVD player with lots of movies to choose from. Of course If you came to Mexico to unplug, there are many board games, cards, and books or just relax on the comfy lounger on the patio. The state of the art Punta Mita Hospital is a short 5-10 minute walk from our condo, we are also a 5 minute walk to town with 2 walk-up doc locations. Our building is a non-smoking complex.
