Washer & Dryer are just around the corner. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except the garage. Other things to note We strive to provide a FIVE-star experience for our guests. For us to do so we kindly ask that you follow the house rules. ** Absolutely NO Smoking Inside. This includes Marijuana, Vape, Cigarettes and Cigars. Please be mindful of smoking outside and the smell carrying into the house. There is a $500 fee for smoking inside. Please dispose of all debris from smoking. ** Absolutely NO Parties; this includes small gatherings. Our properties are permitted through the city and have a maximum occupancy per the city's commercial occupancy code. If you break the NO party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit all of the money you have spent, even if it’s in the middle of your stay. Suspected parties or multiple non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by the owner. Neighborhood & city quiet hours are 9:00p - 8:00a. *****Occupancy limits are at all times of day and night, not just guests sleeping at the property. This house is 8 guests at all times.***** Please report any damage you may or may not have caused to the property. We check the property thoroughly prior to your arrival. ** This is NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOME. We reserve houses for guests with allergies or other needs for a pet free home. We do not have a lock for either. No lifeguard on duty. The guest booking and any other guests shall use the pool and hot tub at their own risk. Guest shall not permit use of pool or hot tub by any unsupervised children at any time. Guest understands that there are certain inherent risks to person and property located near water (pool, hot tub, lake, stream, pond and any other body of water), including the possibility of drowning. Guest acknowledges that the owner would not rent the property unless the guest accepted this condition.
