There is a wall-mounted TV, blue fabric sofa and loveseat, straight-backed chair, and a guanacaste coffee table, with beach-themed artwork. Three spacious bedrooms all have newer air-conditioning units and ceiling fans, and all have ample closet space. The upstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed, an attached bathroom, a large walk-in closet and a television. A sliding-glass door upstairs opens onto a large private balcony with a small table and two chairs, plus a rocking chair. The view is of palm, guanacaste and plumeria trees, hibiscus, bougainvillea and other flowering plants, with mountains in the distance. The two downstairs bedrooms have sliding-glass doors that access the backyard pool area and rancho. One has a queen bed and one has two twins. The two bathrooms have tiled floors, large mirrors, ceiling fans, and plenty of counter space. The upstairs bath has a shower and tub, while the downstairs bath has a large walk-in shower. The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and a newer refrigerator and oven. Indoor sliding-glass doors have removable door bars for added security. The house has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as an attached single-car garage.
