The building has motion activated security cameras that record both audio and video. For security of the residence of the building it records who comes and leaves the building. Unit has 2 new window ac units with remotes. One in the bedroom and one in the living room. Unit has room darkening shades in the bedroom. We have quality pillows, towels, 2 ply toilet paper. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS of any kind allowed on property at any time. e.Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed at any time on the premises. All occupants will act respectfully to neighbors and adhere to neighborhood rules and regulations including trash and recycle pick up (details posted at the house). f.Maximum Occupancy is (2) persons.
