The space This expansive property comfortably accommodates large groups, making it an ideal choice for family and group getaways! With 6 bedrooms spread across 3 unique spaces, everyone will find their own haven of comfort. - Main House: 3 Bedrooms / 3.5 Bath - Casita (Attached to the Main House): 1 Bedroom / 1.0 Bath - Guest House: 2 Bedroom / 2.0 Bath Your lake experience wouldn't be complete without direct access to the water. The private dock and protected swimming area offer the perfect launchpad for water adventures. There are two kayaks at the property for guest use. In Kingsland, you can rent boats, jet skis and everything you need to enjoy the lake. We are the Colorado River Arm which is perfect for all of your water sports, swimming, fishing and boating. Dock is available for guests to tie boats. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals, and local grocery and restaurants are near by. Guest access All access or individualized access depending on budget and occupancy needs. Other things to note At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests: - We enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. We kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours. - Smoking is not allowed on the premises. - Bookings are restricted to guests aged 25 and above. - We have a camera in the front yard for security purposes
