Property is fed by an underground aquifer with a soft water system and reverse osmosis installed. Holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas have a minimum stay of 3 nights required. This is also true for SXSW and F1. ACL is 2 nights. Weekends are 2 nights minimum.
