Bear Rock's popular & unique camping experience is a must visit. Mountain Top Escape is set up on the Ridge of the Bear Rock Camping grounds facing East towards Dixville Peak to enjoy an incredible Sunrise every morning. This beautiful Glamping experience is set up as a 12' x 16' canvas tent with a 1x queen size bed, wood stove, fire-pit, park style charcoal grill, outdoor shower and private porta-potty. Direct ATV access is available. The space The campsite is located within our Bear Rock Camping grounds, up top the Ridge section. Each site is a large canvas tent propped up on a deck platform. The tents have their own queen size bed, wood stove for heating the tent on cold nights, Adirondack chairs, picnic table, fireplace with a grilling grate that swivels, park-style charcoal grill, outdoor shower, private portable-potty, basic grilling utensils & endless views of the mountains in the beautiful North Country. All Bear Rock Camping sites have their own unique viewpoint along the mountainside. Guest access You will have access to all of the Bear Rock Camping grounds. All campsites have direct trail access to the ATV/OHRV trail system. Other things to note Bedding & towels are not included, please provide your own blankets and pillows (sheets will be provided). ATV/OHRV trails are closed 30 minutes after sunset and reopen 30 minutes before sunrise.
