Private, spacious, country home within 10 minutes of York College, Wellspan, city of York. Approx. 45 minutes from Gettysburg, Baltimore, Hershey and Harrisburg. Standard double bed. Three living rooms, library, gym, sauna, three season room, patio garden, beautiful and secluded. 5 min off interstate 83, ten minutes from rt 30. Prefer professional, long term guests. Large kitchen shared by owner and possibly one other guest. Home is owned and run by Kathy and her daughter, Caitlyn. The space Two separate guest rooms are in area of home away from owners. Private hall entry to space. This room has standard double bed, closet, dresser, tall chest of drawers and nightstand. Guest access All areas except owners private space and storage rooms. Bar is available however guest must bring their own alcohol. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. MAY HAVE A FRIEND/s VISIT WITH PRIOR PERMISSION! NO EXCEPTIONS. You can be as private or social as you desire. Plenty of private spaces. Other things to note If sauna is used once instruction provided, please notify owner so that it can be thoroughly cleaned. Owner is a registered nurse and works nights on call. Her room is on opposite side of house and guests will be unaware of activity. Owners have very friendly dogs. You may or may not come in contact with the. They would be in kitchen or common areas. Dogs are restricted to these specific areas. Dogs are not allowed in guest private spaces unless guest wants/needs a puppy visit. They are great for emotional support! They love attention if attention is there to give. Owner and daughter work daytime through week. Guest will have plenty of alone time.
