Primary bedroom suite with king-size bed and ensuite bath with walk-in shower and soaking tub. Main level 2 bedroom and bath. Guest access Whole house and grounds with the exception of base,ent apartment occupied by caretaker, separate entrance to rental home. Other things to note There is a small apartment "Caretakers Quarters" under the house. It has its own private entrance and it does not share any spaces with the rest of the house. My wife is usually staying in the apartment to keep up property grounds maintenance. She will not enter the house during a guests stay or need to socialize with the guests. She is however available if needed for an emergency.
