The main floor has the kitchen, living, dining and bathroom. The space The Upper unit of River House has a main floor that is 1 floor up with an outdoor covered staircase. The main floor has the living/dining/kitchen, and a bathroom. It is an open space. The bathroom has a small tub/shower. Up the spiral staircase you will find a cozy loft style bedroom with a lovely view of the Chilkat River. There is a queen size bed and a narrow window seat, in that room. Guest access You will have the upper floors to yourself. There is another unit with a separate entrance at ground level.
