Originally built as a "wikent house", this waterfront house is a wonderful place for an unforgettable stay. Paddleboards and a canoe are available free of charge and there is optional use of a small sailboat. 5 minutes away from Jan Thiel Beach, and 10 minutes away from Mambo Beach. This house is located in a secure park with 24-hour security. The space The house offers ample privacy with several terraces, a beautiful tropical garden with large trees, 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people, a shady palapa where massages can be given on request and a large open kitchen. There is a private jetty where you can enjoy the setting Caribbean sun. Guest access Due to its location on a peninsula directly on the Spanish water, there are many options for a relaxing or active holiday. This beach house is located in the secured Jan Sofat park. There is 24-hour security. There is ample parking available. We advise our guests to rent a car on Curaçao. Other things to note This beach house is located in a secure park, so we also have to take our neighbors into account. This property is not suitable for parties. A security deposit of $350 or Naf. 630,- is mandatory. This can be paid in cash at check-in. This deposit will be collected at check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation and electricity consumption. The house is rented excluding electricity. We take the meter readings at check-in and check-out. We then make the calculation based on the consumption of the number of kWh of electricity consumed. For this we use $0.50 0f ANG0.87 per kWH. We can deduct this amount from the deposit paid. The house is rented including water with normal use.
