One bedroom (#3 in the listing) is downstairs, as is one of the full bathrooms (with shower) — great for someone who can’t use the stairs. The only steps (3) required are to the front door. The other bathroom (shower/tub and two sinks) and three bedrooms are upstairs. Kitchen: Ground coffee is supplied for the drip machine, but you will need to bring your own pods for the Nespresso. Guest access There is a wine refrigerator in the kitchen with two doors: One side is available for guests, while the other is locked for the owner. There are several interior closets and a refrigerator (garage) which are locked for owner content. Other things to note Please be aware that there is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the house. Violations will be reported to AirBnB and additional cleaning fees will be assessed. Failure to follow the checkout steps may also result in additional cleaning fees. The house is not “child-proof” (no cabinet locks, stair gates, table corner bumpers, etc). Ground coffee for the drip machine is already at the house, but if you want to use the Nespresso machine you will need to bring your own pods (“original” Nespresso pods, not Vertuo). There is also sugar, oil, salt/pepper and some spices. Recycling is mandatory: The town may assess fines (guest responsibility) for not separating recyclables.
