Welcome to That House on That Lane. You know...That House! The cabin you want to return to again and again. Make yourself at home in our spacious cabin, nestled in the woods of Blue Ridge, GA. Our cabin offers seasonal scenic wooded views and plenty of privacy for those who are looking for peace and serenity. We are located midway between Blue Ridge and McCaysville with restaurants and attractions, such as Mercier Orchard, no more than ten minutes away. The space Our cabin offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a dedicated office space, two laundry rooms and two indoor gas fireplaces (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a huge game room. If you enjoy the outdoors, we have two amazing decks and a new fire pit area that are great for sipping your favorite drink and enjoying the peace and serenity of Blue Ridge. There is no shortage of wildlife on the property, and you are sure to see deer or turkey on a regular basis. Bring your own login information for streaming on the smart TVs in 4 of the 5 bedrooms, with an additional large TV over the fireplace upstairs and a 70" TV in the game room. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and plenty of baking accessories. You will find a combo coffee pot/k-cup dispenser, air fryer, waffle iron, toaster oven, crock pot and toaster. The downstairs game room has something for everyone. Do you want to cuddle up and watch a good movie? Why not challenge someone to a game of corn hole, shuffleboard, pool, poker, giant jenga or connect four, a board game or enjoy a puzzle. There is also a Wii and Xbox 360 with plenty of games. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the owner's closets, which are used for storage. Other things to note When making your original booking, ensure that you have accounted for an accurate number of guests/pets. If additional guests (over 8) or pets are added after the original booking, then expect additional fees from the Airbnb platform separately. There is an additional per guest charge of $20 per night over 8 guests with a limit of 13 guests allowed in total. No Pets unless expressly granted and fee paid. Pet fee is $150 and a maximum of 2 pre-approved dogs. Absolutely no fires outside of the designated outdoor firepit! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. No Early Check-In without expressed permission No Late Check-Out without expressed permission The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. Leaving the windows and doors closed will help with this. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs in the home, but again, you're in the woods. If you see a wild animal during your stay, whether in the park or in the driveway, do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE! No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Reminder of our CANCELLATION POLICY: We stick to our cancellation policy for every booking. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance when booking. When you make a booking, it blocks our calendar off so we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure we can continue to operate the property profitably and provide a great experience for all guests. Requests to change your dates are treated the same as cancellations. If you ask us to cancel or change your dates, we will point you to this on our listing description.
