INTERNET: Free WiFi throughout our home allows you to connect your personal devices or log in to your personal streaming services on the smart TV. We have 3 Smart TV’s BEDROOMS: All of the bedrooms come with Comfortable Sleep Hybrid Pocket Spring mattresses, Comfortable Bed pillows, Beckham Hotel pillows, and Utopia Microfiber fitted sheets for extra comfort. Each room includes white noise sound machines for better quality sleep. Bath and hand towels are made out of white cotton. ROOMS: 1st bedroom includes king-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom includes (2) twin-sized bunk beds sleeping 4, The 3rd bedroom includes (1) king-sized bed. BATHROOMS: This home includes one full bathroom on the top floor and a half bathroom on the main floor. OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in backyard with Barbecue Grill + Propane tank included. We also have a fire pit with plastic chairs for outdoor bonfires. PARKING: 4 / 5 free spaces available in the driveway plus free street parking on the side streets. We completely disinfect the house including the appliances' surface, furniture's surface, faucets, toilet, smart lock screen, door holders, remote controls & more after each guest check out. Guest access Our home is on a main road, please take care pulling in and out of driveway. FYI….We use the grass area to turn our car around to face the street. CHECK-IN- is at 5 PM. FAQ: There is one step to get into the property and a flight of stairs to get to 3 of the bedrooms and a full bathroom. The laundry is located down a flight of stairs in the basement. There is one bedroom and 2 half bathrooms on the main floor. PETS: Pets are allowed on our property. However, any damages incurred from your pet will result in additional fees. Please take additional care to clean up after your pet including hair and waste. Dispose of waste in the trash bin located on the side of the property. 2 pets allowed MAX. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture, but if you are unable to follow this rule, please cover with sheets or towels provided. If an accident occurs, use the cleaner provided. Do not leave your pet unattended for long periods of time, indoor or outdoor. Your pet should not produce excessive noise that will disturb the neighbors. Guest access Building is on a main road. Please take care when pulling into the property or pulling out. Driveway parking is available and extra parking on side streets.
