Villa Orijana is a modern 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom villa located in a peaceful village in Zadar countryside and distanced less than 10 min car drive to the city of Zadar. Biggest perks of this villa is its amazing pool in the front, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, gym equipped with sauna and climbing wall, pool table room and free of charge bicycles for getting around. This luxury villa with its amazing property is all you need for dream vacation! The space Space layout Ground floor: On the ground floor you will find the gym equipped with: sauna, climbing wall, exercise equipment, table soccer and table tennis. Right next to it is a maintenance room with washing and drying machine and a bathroom with a shower next door. Throughout the pool table room you exit the villa and enter patio with lounge chairs surrounding the pool. First floor: When you enter the first floor you will be met with comfy living room and well equipped kitchen. Through the living room you will enter a small terrace with sofas where you can enjoy drinks with your family and friends while having a spectacular view over the fields. Next to the living room we have 2 bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower). Also, before you enter the first floor from the outdoors you have a large terrace with a dining table and seating for 12. Second floor: On the second floor we have 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms ( 3 with king size beds and 1 with separate beds). Outdoors: In front of the villa there is a large pool (which can be heated on request) and patio with lounge chairs for sunbathing. Right next to the pool is an outdoor kitchen with a bbq, fridge and a dining table. In the olive tree garden you will find children playground and in the backyard, there is a covered parking space for 5 cars. Guest access Villa Orijana is rented as an entire space meaning you will have whole villa and the property to yourself. Other things to note Check-in starts at 16:00. The owner will be there to introduce you to the property and help you with everything you might need. PETS If you are coming with pets let us know which pet is in question. If we approve your pet, an additional cleaning fee may be charged on arrival. HEATED POOL Pool can be heated on request with an additional charge of 80eur per night and that is paid in cash on arrival.
