Make memories and relax at this beautiful lake front property located on Square Pond. Walk out the porch door and down the few steps to the Sandy Beach and take a dip or escape to the breezy lawn. There’s seating for Beach or Porch to enjoy views of the clear, sparkling water and sunset. Kick your feet up in a porch lounge chair or put your toes in the sand with a beach chair. Grill out during sunset and enjoy your family. The space This house is located in the ideal Southern Maine Lakes Region between the seacoast (18 miles0 AND THE White Mountains. (Mt Washington 72 miles). There’s room for the whole family- The Second floor has Cal King bed in a Master with half bath and a Full bed in the Guest Room. The second floor also has a fully functional kitchen, a LR with TV, a dining space and WIFI throughout the house. The Third Floor has 2 Twin beds in one room and a full bed in the other. There is no toilet on third floor. There is a window AC unit for the third floor. Outside at First Level walkout there is a dock for your boat. (Boats in pictures not included. YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN KAYAKS AND INFLATABLES FOR THE WATER. We Are Not Eligible to consign water craft from our property). There is a Private Shower on Beach Level along with clotheslines and hook space inside and out to hang wet clothes and towels. Guest access The Garage is closed and locked out to Guests. There is ample parking in the garage driveway area or you may back your car down the Driveway. HOWEVER, There is No Turn Around Space At The Bottom of the Driveway. You must Back Down the hill. It is very dark after sunset so arriving before dark is a good idea. There are lights on the buildings and the staircase has a flood light. When coming in your first time the darkness can be disorienting. Therefore, we are situating the Lock Box at the first door down the first flight of stairs, straight across the walkway, for your convenience. It is best to try to get to the house before dark so that you can acclimate to the setting and see your way down the stairs and the driveway if it is your first time. Other things to note IMPORTANT: There are lots of stairs to go up and down to the house or the beach. However there is a DRIVEWAY to BACK DOWN for easy access into the house. We suggest that you go down to look at that access before unloading your items. One set of stairs goes to the back door of the house where the LOCK BOX is located and then extends down to the beach. This Lock Box Entrance Goes Down a Flight Of Stairs Once Inside. You may walk up and down the driveway also. When backing down the drive there are only three steps at the back of the concrete bottom stairs that lead onto the porch and you can easily bring in a handicapped person that way. We have in the past brought in a wheelchair at this entrance so it is perfect to bring in Groceries and Luggage also. CRITICAL WARNING. — the THIRD FLOOR A/C UNIT SHOULD NOT BE OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH. The window on the TOP FLOOR with the A/C Unit Overlooking the Beach area is secured to and by the window ledge and sash and Tampering with it or trying to Open It COULD MAKE THE AIR CONDITIONER FREE-FALL OUT OF THE WINDOW to the beach. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL GUESTS ARE INFORMED OF THIS WARNING!
