The space The house features 3 levels and is approximately 2,300 square feet. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (plus another 1/2 bath & outdoor shower by the pool). The master bedroom has a king bed and it’s own full bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds and the 3rd has bunk beds with a double and single. We suggest a maximum of 6 adults and possibly 2 smaller kids in bunk room. The house is very spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils you may need. AND we have high-speed wifi. NO REALLY :) Check out the screenshot of our speed test. We work remotely ourselves and have ensured the highest data package, as well as a router/extender on each level! There is a propane grill and dining area on the roof overlooking the marina as well as another grill down by the pool. Note: Pool and rooftop patio are shared with a studio apartment (max. 2 persons) that is attached to the house. Want fully private retreat for your group? The pool is shared with a small studio apartment (maximum 2 guests if it is rented). Quiet hours are generally 10pm-8am. Both inner and outer doors have smart locks. You will be provided with a unique code to open both doors meaning you don't have to take any keys with you which is ideal for walking 1 block down to the beach! Other things to note Casa Zorro is located 1 block from a quiet beach and the marina. It's a 4-minute walk into the center of town. It's in a very safe residential neighborhood, but we do have to mention that streets are mostly cobblestone and have been challenging to those with strollers/wagons for very young children. A golf cart rental may be suggested if you have mobility issues or tiny children to cart with you. We fell in love with this sweet town and think you will too!
