Close to Stone Steps, Beacons and Moonlight surf spots, as well as the farmers market, Orpheus Park, downtown Encinitas and Leucadia, this little oasis is perfect for long term stays. It is in a quiet neighborhood, yet is right off the 101 so you can still walk to all the action. The space The property is in a quiet neighborhood tucked away behind a wall of vines. Once you enter through the blue garden gate door, you find the cottage. An outdoor lounge to the right, and the main entrance to the cottage to the left. It has a spacious living room, a dining room and a galley kitchen. The cottage has a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a bathroom with a large shower. There is a small back patio with a grill, that butts up to our yard. You can hear the hens clucking and our water fountain in our backyard. **we don't have any roosters, but the hens do sing an egg song when they lay! The decor is SoCal Folk inspired. Guest access There is a dedicated parking spot in front of this unit. You can access the unit by keypad. You have your own outdoor patio to the side, and a BBQ patio right off the kitchen. These outdoor spaces are fully walled off and private. There is a wall in the unit that shares a wall with our "pool room" which rarely gets used.
