House Rules and 5. Additionally, the Cream Floral Binder contains the operational manual for the house. The home has Perfect Air mini-splits, providing clean, energy-efficient heating and cooling. A bassinet and pack-n-play are available upon request if you have infants or toddlers. The porch is enclosed for safety. Toddlers can ride a tiny tricycle, and pets can relax without worry.
