Enjoy a 2400 sq. ft. residence located in the Evanston Hill Arts District. The whole group will enjoy easy access to Northwestern sports venues (10 minutes), Lake Michigan (15 minute walk), Northwestern University campus (15 minute walk). Easy access to downtown Evanston, dining (2 restaurants on the block!), parks, and an easy (5 minute) walk to both the El and the Metra stations. Easy drive to downtown Chicago. The space The space consists of 2400 sq. feet and includes 2 bedrooms (queen beds) and a full bath on the lower level. The upper level is an airy, spacious loft, including a king-sized bed, sitting area, ample closet space, and an adjoining bathroom. The lower level also includes a full kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer, and an additional full bathroom, along with a living and dining area. Outdoors, there are two choices. There is a private outdoor area connected to the guest house that includes a barbeque grill. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the larger, shared owner's courtyard area (as long as you also don't mind interacting with our goofy golden retriever, Tillie!). Guest access Guests may access the entire guest house, or rent a portion of it for a pre-negotiated, adjusted price. Other things to note Your hosts have a golden retriever, Tillie, so there are two entrances available. One would be through the shared courtyard where Tillie will be thrilled to welcome you, and another is private and Tillie-less for those who would prefer to go dog-less during your visit.
