Beautiful home with lots of space to enjoy your visit to Paragould. Each bedroom has an attached bath, the kitchen has new appliances and is well appointed. Centrally located within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Just 20 minutes from Jonesboro. The basement has a spacious den with a dedicated workspace, bedroom and a bathroom/utility room. The upstairs has a spacious master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, 2 baths, living room, eat in kitchen and a quaint dogtrot porch. Guest access The entire home is yours except the garage and separate apartment. I run a catering business and my catering kitchen is in an apartment attached to the home but it has a separate driveway and a completely separate entrance so I may or may not be on the property during your visit. The apartment is only used for my kitchen so no other guest will ever be there, it is not a rental. Other things to note The basement has a den, a bedroom and a laundry/bathroom. It is a very large room and there is a twin bed in the room. This is not an appropriate area for just anyone to sleep since it is in a public area, but it is just an additional sleeping space for the right guests, for example a group of hunters or a family with children who might just need an extra bed.
