Quiet home. Brand new room! Updating photo ,but new everything. Bed,bedding,floor,all furniture,new paint. All finished July 27,2023. The space Guest bedroom is upstairs as is the shared bathroom. All of Airbnb is upstairs Guest access Upstairs only unless I am not busy and invite a guest down During your stay I like to be home to introduce myself and show a guest anything they need to know. I am available at all times via text message or call. I like to give my guests privacy and do not interact much unless I feel the guest would like that. Some guests have limited time and I respect that :) Other things to note 2 most important rules that I do not bend .This is a non smoking home . Utmost important…ONLY. The booking guest is to enter my home. No guest can invite anyone else into the home. I will Make no exceptions so please don’t ask me. This is for the safety of any other guests and for myself.
