The space The bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, sitting area, large closest, mini fridge, microwave, ironing board/Iron, TV, Keurig along with complementary snacks, water & coffee. The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor & the bathroom is located on the 1st floor. The house is bi-level and there are stairs between the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, towels & toiletries. Guest access The guest has access to the private bedroom and private bath, 1 outdoor parking spot & the patio within the residence. There will not be access available to living room, garage, kitchen, utility room or host's private bathroom/bedroom. Other things to note Washer & dryer are not included. If the guest would like their clothes laundered, it can be available at an additional fee.
