Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape without having to be off the grid! We have 3 RV units on the property that are spaced to give you your own privacy. This place is a gemstone surrounded by a ton of things to do locally. The Little Elm Beach is there for nice sandy beaches. Trails for those hikers. Rent a boat or go to the wake park. Bring your own food and cook out at the RV. We have access to the lake by the RV you can walk to. Deck to hang out on and a Carport to park under. The space Please refer to the layout provide in the pictures to get an idea of the space. This RV is what they refer to as a Toy Hauler. So it has a large back area that we have converted to a second bedroom with its own seating area. Our add shows that the RV can sleep 6 comfortably. There are 2 queen size beds and the bunk beds in the back room that can be set up if desired which are great for kids. The couch will also fold out to make another spot for someone but if you need extra blankets and pillows please let us know. As all RV please keep in mind that the restroom and shower are smaller than a traditional bathroom and can provide some challenges to larger guest. There is also only a 6 gallon water heater which will heat water quickly but be prepared for short quick showers. The kitchen has a gas stove which is easy to light and if you are ever unsure or need us to walk you through using anything on the RV we are glad to do so. The kitchen has a fridge with a top freezer. We also have a coffee maker with some sides to make a basic cup. We do not provide any food so make sure that you bring that with you. We do have utensils in the drawers, cups, and plates. The RV will also have fresh linens and towels. There are 6 pillows in the RV and each queen size bed has a cover, sheet blanket, and comforter. If you need more please bring those with you or ask and we may have more we can put in the RV. The heater and stove in this RV is propane and we do have detectors for your safety. We also have electric heaters in the case there is an issue with the propane heater that will keep the RV warm or you can run both is you need it very warm in there. We also have TV's in both bedroom areas and the front room and all have Roku's set to guest mode so you can use your streaming service while you visit. when you check out it will automatically sign you out. If you don't have a streaming service you can get local channels. There is 2 picnic tables, a swing, fire pit with chairs, a cooler, a deck to enjoy the stars, and a playground for the kids. For the fire pit we do have wood there for a fire and if you plan on burning all night you may want to bring some additional firewood. RV's have the accommodations of a home but do operate a little differently and like said we will walk you through anything that you may not understand. We always appreciate feedback as we want you have the best experience. We are onsite but far enough away so you have your own access and privacy. We will only engage if we are needy as we want you to have a great get away. The RV is no smoking please be respectful for the next guest. We don't care if you smoke but please do it out side. The plumbing on a RV is not like your home please only put the provided toilet paper in the toilets. Other items will only clog up the system. All sheets and linens are cleaned and washed between each guest. The RV is completely cleaned from top to bottom. This includes draining the waste tanks and refilling with new fresh water. Guest access The RV sits on a 1/3 of an acre lot that has it on entrance and carport. There is plenty of room for a boat or other water craft if your planning on utilizing Lake Lewisville as the boat dock is about 2 miles from the RV.
