We offer breakfast for an additional cost (gallo pinto and eggs/omelette or fruits and toast), or you can cook yourself. Car or bicycles can be rented for an additional cost. Reserve now! The space We are delighted to welcome you to our vacation suite. Here, elegance and comfort merge to create a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Enjoy their own private space, with their own kitchen, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed to give them maximum comfort. From the panoramic views of nature and the mountains where you can see beautiful sunsets, to the captivating touches of a smart suite, a stay awaits that will exceed your expectations. Located on the second floor, and you need to climb. If you have a driver's license, a 7-passenger car can be rented for an extra cost, or rent adult or child bicycles, and must be coordinated 2 days in advance. Guest access As a private suite, access is exclusively for guests, and there is no need to share spaces in the Suite with any additional person. Only entrance at the front entrance and bleachers are shared at the main entrance and bleachers The available parking lot is in the Visitor Area. Other things to note Review your house rules and let us know if you have any questions. By making a reservation and payment request, the guest acknowledges that they have read the terms listed in House Rules. Remember, please respect the house rules 🏠 1. Do not flush sanitary towels or paper to the toilet; dispose of them in the garbage. Smoking inside the Suite or the house is not allowed. There will be a $100 penalty for smoking. 3. Do not dispose of food debris in the sink; use trash can. 4. Reverse or check out in the condominium parking area and leave the quick pass the night before checkout at the same table where you picked it up if you are driving a car. 5. Take care of all the interior items and leave the same amount of plates, glasses, utensils, remote controls, board games, books and other items that were present upon arrival. Immediately inform the host if any items are not working properly to find a quick fix. 6. Safety first! If you will receive visitors, it is mandatory to notify the host so that they can be authorized in advance by the security guards and avoid being rejected. 7. No parties, karaoke or noise after 10 pm. 8. Cleaning is done before and at the end of the stay; however, cleaning during the stay during the stay may be provided for an additional cost of $20 on Fridays and Tuesdays. Please confirm if you would like additional cleaning 1 day in advance. 9. Make sure no children doodles on walls. 10. Please respect the rules of the pool (no eating or drinking allowed, and no romantic scenes allowed). 11. Drive 25km per hour inside the condo. Park in the reserved area in the visitor parking in the reverse/exit position, as this is mandatory per the rules of the condominium. 12. Requested changes to reservations that fail to comply with the cancellation policy are non-refundable. 13. If there are additional people not included in the reservation, the host must be informed and an additional cost of $15 per person per night must be paid prior to entering the Suite. 14. Before you check out on your last day, please do not leave food waste in the fridge, sink, table or kitchen. 15. Treat the Suite like it was your own home.
