The space The space is a private one bedroom apartment located on the First floor of the Victorian home. The space includes a full kitchen (dishwasher not operational), breakfast nook, living room, formal dining room, work area, full bathroom, one bedroom with washer and dryer. The space features Queen size bed, 2 large 65 inch smart TVs, leather sectional for your comfort and enjoyment. Please note: that the Washer and dryer is located in the basement so you must be able to navigate downstairs and back up the stairs. Access to basement is located in kitchen area Guest access Our guests will receive 2 door lock codes. One for the front entrance and the other for the apartment door the morning of the reservation. Parking will be located in the back of the house (limited to one car per reservation) on the street parking is permitted but not overnight. Please park at assigned guest parking which is parallel in front of green guest parking sign. Other things to note Please note that we do have long term guests that reside upstairs. Please observe the quiet hours listed in the house rules. Wi-Fi QR code for easy access will be found in the formal Dining room.
