Our charming, clean, and contemporary home is located in the picturesque hamlet of Katonah, a short walk from the cafes, galleries, and shops as well as the commuter train into Grand Central. We are a short walk to the town park and a block away from the elementary school with playground and basketball hoops. The first floor is a bright and airy open plan kitchen, dining, and living room with a fire place. The dining room opens onto a partly sunny patio and leafy backyard. The space There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a full bathroom, with claw foot tub, across the hall. There are two large bedrooms upstairs separated by another living area with couch and another full bathroom with spa shower. Other things to note The front of the house has quite a few stairs to reach the front door so it is not suitable for those with mobility issues. The house is elevated above the street for privacy and lovely treetop views. It’s a bright and sunny house with afternoon sunlight. We have a cat who will not be there, unless requested!
