Welcome to the charming hidden town of Santa Margarita. It's a beautiful 10 minute drive to downtown SLO and 20 min to Paso Robles or any of our beaches. Its a bit like Mayberry where kids can play in the streets. There is not one stop light in our little town and it is as safe as can be. The home has a large open living space and private fenced back yard for your pups. The large front yard is beautifully landscaped and has a fire pit to enjoy the beautiful evenings. The space The home has been completely remodeled and has a cozy modern décor. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax both indoors and in the front and back yards. Walk to town for coffee in the morning or to the famous Range Restaurant for dinner. You can also walk to taste wine at Ancient Peaks winery. There is also a lovely park for the kids. We are at the entrance to the Ranch if you have an event to attend there. There is a hot tub in a private secret garden off back patio. It is shared with our yard but besides us checking the water it is yours to use exclusively. Guest access There is room for 2 cars in the driveway and additional street parking. There is also a side driveway with a large gate if you are traveling with a boat or RV. Other things to note The home is a duplex with a very private feel, private entrance and driveway. It is on a large corner lot. I do live next door and prefer my own privacy but am here should anyone need anything at all.
